Travel companions—nontechnical registrants
Travel companions of attendees are invited to register for the 231st ECS Meeting as a Nontechnical Registrant. The nontechnical registrant early bird fee of $50 (increases up to $55 after April 28th and $60 on-site) includes admission to non-ticketed social events, access to a designated lounge for all nontechnical registrants and a special welcome gift packet which will include food and drink vouchers for the venue and meeting and local area information.
Travel grants
Deadline for division-sponsored Student and Young Professional/Early Career Travel Grants is February 17, 2017. All applicants for division-sponsored travel grants will be notified of their status prior to the early bird registration deadline. For additional travel grants being offered at the 231st ECS Meeting, individuals may inquire directly to symposium organizers to see if funding is available. Contact information for each symposium is located within the various sections in the Call for Papers.
Refund Policy
Written requests for refunds will be honored only if received at ECS headquarters by May 22, 2017. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee and requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to customerservice@electrochem.org. Refunds will not be processed until AFTER the meeting.
