For monograph orders please be aware the prices are subject to change without notice.  Shipping and handling charges vary and will be applied at time of shipment.  Your credit card will be charged the applicable amount and a copy of the paid invoice will be mailed to you.

PV Price includes shipping by first class mail.

 

Canada and Mexico:

PV price includes shipping by fourth class mail.  (allow up to 12 weeks)

For first class shipping, add $5.00 per item ordered.  (allow up to 3 weeks)  

 

All Other Countries:

PV price includes shipping by fourth class mail.  (allow up to 12 weeks)

For air mail shipping, add $20.00 per item ordered.  (allow up to 4 weeks)
