ECS Technical Exhibits

221st ECS Meeting | Seattle, WA, USA

Meeting: May 6-10, 2012 | Exhibit: May 7-9, 2012

The program for the Seattle, WA, USA meeting contains a full complement of technical symposia, and is expected to attract over 1,800 scientists and engineers from the academic, research, and corporate fields. This is a terrific opportunity for you to present your products and services face-to-face with a vital market that can be difficult to reach. The exhibit will be conveniently located, and the meeting has been arranged to allow ample time for participants to visit the exhibit. Both these features will enhance your marketing investment.

Booth spaces are available at 10' x 10' and cost $2,200 each. The standard booth package includes:

  • 10' x 10' standard exhibit space with an 8’ high back wall drape and two 3' high side dividers
  • One 7" x 44" two-line identification sign
  • One 6' x 30" skirted table; two chairs; and one wastebasket
  • Exhibitor profile and link on the ECS website
  • One complimentary full meeting registration with Meeting Abstracts
  • Up to two additional exhibit-only meeting badges

Literature displays (unstaffed) cost $1,100 and include:

  • One 7" x 44" two-line identification sign
  • One 6' draped table
  • Exhibitor profile and link on the ECS website
  • Exhibitor profile in the meeting program

The traditional Monday Evening Mixer and the Student Poster Session will be located at the Washington State Convention Center, Ballroom 6c and will coincide with the opening of the Technical Exhibit. There will be a second poster session in the exhibit hall on Tuesday evening. Complimentary beer, soft drinks, and snacks will be offered on both Monday and Tuesday evenings. Tuesday and Wednesday mornings exhibit sessions will include coffee breaks to attract attendees to the exhibition area.

Show dates and hours are:
Monday, May 7: 1800-2000h
Tuesday, May 8: 0900-1400h and 1800-2000h
Wednesday, May 9: 0900-1300h
