The program for the Honolulu, HI meeting contains a full complement of technical symposia, and is expected to attract over 4,000 scientists and engineers from the academic, research, and corporate fields. This is a terrific opportunity for you to present your products and services face-to-face with a vital market that can be difficult to reach. Booth spaces are available at 10' x 10' and cost $2,300 each. The standard booth package includes:
10' x 10' standard exhibit space with an 8’ high back
wall drape and two 3' high side dividers
One 7" x 44" two-line identification sign
One 6' x 30" skirted table
Two chairs
One wastebasket

The traditional Monday Evening Mixer and the Student Poster Session will be located in the exhibit hall and will coincide with the opening of the Technical Exhibit. There will be a second poster session in the exhibit hall on Tuesday evening. Complimentary beer, soft drinks, and snacks will be offered on both Monday and Tuesday evenings. Tuesday and Wednesday mornings exhibit sessions will include coffee breaks to attract attendees to the exhibition area.
