Platinum sponsors have their choice of one (1) complimentary exhibit booth, (2) complimentary meeting registrations or a free full page B&W ad in the meeting program. Gold sponsors may choose one free registration, a complimentary literature display, or a free ½ page B&W ad in the meeting program. Silver sponsors may select a free ¼ page B&W ad in the meeting program.

You organization’s logo will be recognized on the registrant bags distributed to all attendees at the event

The Lanyard sponsoring organization will have their logo imprinted on the badge lanyard that will be distributed to all attendees

Student Poster Session* — SOLD OUT
Your organization’s logo will be recognized on signage at the student poster session as well as on all the board numbers

The recognition for this Gold sponsorship also includes signage at the event and your logo imprinted on cocktail napkins distributed at the event

Meeting Pen*
In addition to the regular Gold level benefits, the sponsoring organization will have their logo printed on pens to be distributed in the registration bags handed out to the attendees
Coffee Breaks
Your company’s Silver level support will be recognized through signs at the coffee break stations for the duration of the event
