Focus Issue on Molten Salts and Ionic Liquids II

The Journal of The Electrochemical Society will publish a focus issue in connection with the 22nd symposium on Molten Salts and Ionic Liquids (MSIL22) taking place during PRiME 2020.

As the second in a series, this focus issue covers the following molten salts and ionic liquids topics, which include:

  • Power and energy applications
  • Rare earth and nuclear chemistry
  • Electrodeposition
  • Reactions
  • Separations
  • Solute and solvent properties
  • Biomass applications
  • Materials
  • New ionic liquids and molten salt mixtures
  • Deep eutectic solvents

Accepting Submissions: October 15, 2020 | Submission Deadline: January 13, 2021

(When submitting, indicate that the paper is intended for the Molten Salts II focus issue.)

Contributors to this focus issue from PRiME 2020 are also encouraged to submit a paper to ECS Transactions as a precursor to the journal submission. Proceedings submissions begin on July 17, 2020. Submissions are due no later than August 7, 2020.
