Spotlight on 2021

Welcome to the successes and challenges of 2021! ECS confronted the challenges of the second year of the global COVID-19 pandemic and continued to move science forward by:

  • Empowering researchers globally to leave their mark on science;
  • Connecting a diverse and representative constituency of members and non-members;
  • Accelerating scientific discovery;
  • Facilitating the engagement of an inclusive network;
  • Championing the dissemination of research to support a sustainable future.

2021 was a successful year for the Society because we are a member-led, member-driven organization with a robust partnership between our members, volunteers, constituents, and staff.

Thank you all!
