Plenary Session/ECS Lecture

The plenary session is one of the highlighted events of the meeting, allowing participants from every symposia to come together and recognize some of the greatest minds in the field and Way Kuo will deliver the ECS Lecture,”“A Risk Look at Energy Development.”

Student Mixer

Join in a key networking opportunity! This event is a “must” for all student attendees. You will have the opportunity to join distinguished members of the society for light food and refreshments.

Student and General Poster Session
Tuesday and Wednesday | 1800h
After a long day of technical sessions it’s time to stretch out your legs and enjoy a complimentary cold drink while walking the exhibit floor and appraising the posters.
The student poster award winners will be announced Wednesday at 1815h.

Short Courses: These all-day classes are designed to provide any attendee, from students to the seasoned professional, with an in-depth education on a wide range of topics. Taught by experienced professionals, and longtime ECS members, these classes are an excellent opportunity for personalized instruction. All short courses take place Sunday, 0900-1630h.
