Ran Cheng received her BE and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS).
Her research interests include advanced strain engineering, Si, Ge, and GeSn transistors with advanced structures. She has authored and co-authored over 20 papers during her PhD study. She is now working as a research fellow in Zhejiang University in China.
Cheng has been awarded the Bachelor’s scholarship from the Ministry of Education (Singapore) and a fellowship from Zhejiang University (China).
