Urgent notice: Beware of housing pirates
Organizations commonly known as “housing pirates”—including Expo Key, Travel Booking Solutions, Hotel Booking Consulting, CBS International Travel, Global Housing, Golden Pass LLC, Online Exhibit Booking, Pro Business Travel, and Elite Housing Services—may contact you about hotel reservations for ECS events. These companies falsely claim affiliation with ECS and often solicit attendees and exhibitors to book rooms at inflated rates or with hidden fees. They may also offer discounted rates or claim they were directed by ECS staff. These are scams and are not affiliated with ECS in any way.
ECS does not contact attendees or exhibitors by phone or email to book hotel rooms and does not offer hotel promotional or savings codes.
Official housing information is available only through the ECS website. We strongly recommend booking directly through the ECS event website. Contact meetings@electrochem.org with questions or concerns.
