ECS continues to monitor the developing COVID-19 pandemic. The top priority is to maintain the health and safety of employees, volunteer leaders, and the ECS community while ensuring the Society’s critical operations continue without disruption.
We Remain 100% Operational
Since Thursday, March 12, the ECS staff in Pennington has worked remotely and will continue to do so as long as necessary. With the exception of canceling the 237th ECS Meeting scheduled for May 2020 in Montreal (learn more here), we have been, and remain, 100 percent operational.
- ECS publications are open for business and functioning as usual. Read more.
- Refunds have been processed for everyone who registered for the 237th ECS Meeting. Read more.
- As of this writing, planning for PRiME 2020 in October is moving ahead as scheduled. To give authors as much time as possible, we extended the abstract submission deadline to May 29, 2020. Read more.
- All 43 governance meetings scheduled for the 237th ECS Meeting—including the Annual Society Business Meeting—will be rescheduled and hosted virtually. Details to follow in the coming weeks.
