Registration Information
The registration system consists of two steps:
- Submit the information via this registration website.
- Proceed the payment by credit card through the link indicated in the email automatically sent from the system in a few days.
NOTE: For the attendees who chose bank transfer, the email will not be sent. Please proceed the bank transfer to the account indicated in the registration website.
Regular registration fee ends August 17, 2018

Banquet Fees
- July 31 – August 17: 11,000 JPY
- Onsite: 12,000 JPY
Refund Policy
Written requests for refunds will be honored only if received at the 4DMS committee by August 24, 2018. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing and transfer fee.
The requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to 4dms@yamagata-u.ac.jp. Refunds will not be processed until AFTER the meeting.
