If you missed the opportunity to submit your abstract, and are interested in participating in our digital event, it is not too late!
The 239th ECS and 18th IMCS meetings will be held and scheduled as fully digital events. Rather than travelling to Chicago, all presenting authors are requested to submit digital presentation files (video, and/or slide deck or poster) in advance of the meeting. These materials will be available to all global attendees for on-demand viewing throughout the meeting dates.

Symposium F03: Electrochemical Conversion of Biomass 3
As COVID-19 continues impacting organizations across the globe, ECS encourages student, postdoc, and young and early career professional authors and presenters to apply for support to participate in the 239th ECS Meeting and 18th International Meeting on Chemical Sensors (IMCS). As the meeting is now digital and no longer requires travel, funds from the ECS biannual meeting travel grant program are available for author/presenter registration fees and ECS memberships. ECS divisions and sections each have their own travel grants with different requirements and requirements.

The Electrochemical Society (ECS) Board of Directors and International Meeting on Chemical Sensors (IMCS) Organizing Committee announce that their upcoming meetings have moved to a digital platform and will not take place in Chicago, IL. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is not possible to host an in person meeting without risking the health and safety of meeting attendees and volunteers, ECS staff, and the public at large.
The 239th ECS and 18th IMCS meetings will be held as scheduled as fully digital events. Over 3,300 abstracts across 50 symposia from the digital PRiME 2020 meeting are now available in the ECS Digital Library. Video and presentation files from selected authors are also included. Now is the time to check out anything you may have missed during the meeting.
ECS Meeting Abstracts contains extended abstracts of technical papers presented at ECS biannual meetings, ECS joint meetings, and ECS-sponsored meetings. This publication provides a first look at current research in the field. ECS Meeting Abstracts are freely available to all visitors to the ECS Digital Library.
Did you know? Certain symposia from PRiME have also published proceedings papers in ECS Transactions, while other symposia are producing special focus issues for the Journal of The Electrochemical Society and ECS Journal of Solid State Science and Technology. (more…)
