Symposium focus: The Electrodeposition Division was founded in 1922 as the second ECS division. This invited symposium honors the historical contributions that pushed forward the boundaries of electrodeposition and highlights achievements in addressing current and future challenges.

  • A newly established ELDP Early Career Forum (ECF) will organize a full-day session with contributions from outstanding early-career researchers involved in cutting-edge research across a broad range of areas of active electrodeposition research.
  • The symposium also includes a full-day session of high-profile invited talks to honor many accomplishments and advances in the past, and perspectives of future challenges.
  • A series of selected invited talks with relevant topics is scheduled at the start of other ELDP symposia.

To mark this special occasion, the ELDP Centennial Celebration takes place on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
