Early registration ends April 06, 2020
Two registration types are available for Montréal; one for the 237th Meeting of the Electrochemical Society (ECS), and one for the 18th International Meeting on Chemical Sensors (IMCS). Registration fees for both meetings include entrance to all technical programming, exhibit hall and poster sessions, daily coffee service, and access to the meeting abstracts.
The major difference between the registration types is that IMCS registration includes a ticket to the offsite IMCS banquet on Wednesday evening. It is very important that you select the fee for the appropriate meeting during the registration process, as there is limited space for the IMCS banquet and any late registration changes may not guarantee a banquet ticket.
|Additional Banquet Ticket||$125||$125||$150|
|ECS Student Member||$205||$330||$480|
|ECS Student Nonmember||$265||$390||$540|
|ECS Member One-Day||$380||$505||$655|
|ECS Nonmember One-Day||$525||$650||$800|
|ECS Emeritus & Honorary Member||$0||$0||$0|

Code of Conduct
Meeting attendees must conduct themselves in a manner that inspires public confidence and trust at all times. Attendees who disregard the ECS Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including forfeiting their meeting registration, loss of membership to the Society, and/or being relieved of any volunteer positions held within the Society.
Travel companions—nontechnical registrants
Attendees’ travel companions are invited to register for the meeting as nontechnical registrants. The nontechnical registrant fee includes admission to non-ticketed social events, access to a designated lounge for all nontechnical registrants, and a welcome gift packet.
The deadline for division-sponsored Student and Young Professional/Early Career Travel Grants is February 10, 2020. All applicants for division-sponsored travel grants are notified of their status prior to the early registration deadline. For additional meeting travel grants, individuals may contact symposium organizers directly to find out whether funding is available. Contact information for each symposium is located in the various sections in the Call for Papers.
