Symposium: D04—Plasma and Thermal Processes for Materials Modification, Synthesis, and Processing 4

Symposium focus: Symposium D04 encourages researchers to exchange the latest results on the formation of nanostructures for integrated circuits, optoelectronic and MEMS devices, as well as sensors and photovoltaic elements. Examples of these nanostructures include nanomaterials, nanowires, nanotubes, and QDOT’s, as well as structures for advanced integrated circuits and 2D materials. Papers focusing on the design of reactor production of nanomaterials and nanostructures are strongly encouraged. Special attention is given to the use of machine learning to develop and produce these materials and structures.
