Congratulations to Georgia Tech PhD student Abiram Krishan! The 2025 Georgia Section Outstanding Student Achievement Award recognizes his contributions to advancing knowledge of battery redox mechanisms via advanced x-ray characterization techniques.
Abiram Krishnan is a fifth-year PhD candidate in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, advised by Dr. Faisal Alamgir. His research explores the role of anion redox in metal-oxide cathodes for lithium ion batteries.
