250th ECS Meeting
Replace Withdrawn Talks
- To fill gaps in the program caused by withdrawn talks, use the online form to promote poster presentations to oral presentations.
- Click on Cancelled Presentations to identify talks withdrawn from your symposium.
- To move a poster presentation into an empty oral slot, fill out the Withdrawn Talk Replacement Form.
- Changes are due by October 19, 2026.

Things To Do
- Reach out to co-organizers to begin planning your symposium.
- Invite featured speakers to present in your symposium.
- Encourage others—students, colleagues, etc.—to submit abstracts.
- Remind any participants (speaker, co-organizers, session chairs, etc.) living abroad to begin their visa application process. Request a preliminary Visa Letter of Invitation.
- Watch for a Welcome to Organizing email with important information from the ECS Technical Program Team, including:
- Timelines and deadlines
- Training opportunities
- Accessing and monitoring submissions
- Raising sponsorship funds
