Apply today to serve as a Student Ambassador at the 243rd ECS Meeting in Boston, MA, from May 28-June 2, 2023. Students who volunteer as ambassadors work closely with ECS staff and meet many fellow ECS members and meeting attendees.

Guidelines
  • Ambassador shifts are 4 hours and 15 minutes long.
  • Ambassadors are required to attend one of the following in-person 30-minute student orientation sessions:
    • Saturday, May 27, from 1800-1830h ET
    • Sunday, May 28, from 1700-1730h ET
  • We do our best to accommodate the hours you list as being available.
  • Each volunteer position requires interaction with attendees, long periods of standing, and foot-traffic flow management.
