For onsite registration, in addition to all the benefits of in-person attendance, all presenting authors can:

  • Upload a video of their presentation and/or a PDF of their slides or poster;
  • Answer questions about their presentations from remote attendees through a Q&A interface on their presentation pages;
  • Enjoy free global distribution of these files through the online program for a period of ~30 days;
  • Access all other uploaded meeting presentation videos for ~30 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Ticket prices for all special receptions, division luncheons, and professional development workshops are displayed when you begin the registration process.
  • All participants, including authors and invited speakers, are required to pay meeting registration fees.

Digital Attendees

Go beyond basic abstracts! Access to all uploaded presentations files is available to digital attendees. Registration is required to participate.


Refund Policy

Written requests for refunds must be received by May 29, 2022, to be honored. All refunds are subject to a 10 percent processing fee. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to customerservice@electrochem.org. Refunds are processed after the meeting.


Code of Conduct

Meeting attendees must conduct themselves in a manner that inspires public confidence and trust at all times. Attendees who disregard the ECS Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including forfeiting their meeting registration, loss of Society membership, and/or being relieved of volunteer positions held within the Society.


Travel companions—nontechnical registrants

Attendees’ travel companions are invited to register for the meeting as nontechnical registrants. The nontechnical registrant fee includes admission to non-ticketed social events, access to a designated lounge for all nontechnical registrants, and a welcome gift packet.


Travel grants

The deadline for division-sponsored Student and Young Professional/Early Career Travel Grants is February 28, 2022. All applicants for division-sponsored travel grants are notified of their status prior to the early registration deadline. To find out whether additional travel grant funding is available, individuals may contact symposium organizers directly. Individual symposium contact information is in the Call for Papers.
