Please note: ECS does not sell or share contact lists, and no outside companies are authorized to offer exhibit space, sponsorships, or hotel accommodations for the 249th ECS Meeting. Any such solicitations are fraudulent—do not engage or provide payment or personal information.

Exhibit booth & display information

All standard booths include:

  • Brand exposure – logo with exhibitor listing in meeting advertising, Online Program, and website.
  • Access to the Exhibitor Lounge for one-on-one networking
  • Standard 10’x10’ exhibit space with 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side drapes
  • One single-line ID sign
  • One 6’ draped table with two side chairs
  • One wastebasket

Additional booths $2,150
 
Exhibitor staff registrations

Booth purchases include:

  • One complimentary full-meeting registration
  • Two complimentary exhibit only meeting registrations
