Be aware of scam emails that falsely claim to book and/or pay for hotel rooms, meeting registration, or other ECS expenses. ECS onsite registration fees include:

  • Entrance to the ECS Opening Reception
  • All onsite technical programming
  • Exhibit Hall and poster sessions
  • Daily coffee services
  • Access to the Online Program with full abstracts

Ticket prices for special receptions and division luncheons are listed at the beginning of the registration process. 

Note: All ECS Meeting participants, including authors and invited speakers, are required to pay meeting registration fees. Payment must be made in US dollars. 

Refund policy 

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to customerservice@electrochem.org by October 25, 2026, to be honored. All refunds are subject to a 10 percent processing fee. Refunds are processed after the meeting.

Registration information and invoices are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Log in to your account to access this information. 

Nontechnical registrants 

Attendees’ travel companions are invited to register for the meeting as nontechnical registrants. The nontechnical registration fee includes admission to non-ticketed social events.
