PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Ticket prices for all special receptions, division luncheons, and professional development workshops will be displayed once you begin the registration process.
  2. All participants, including authors and invited speakers are required to pay meeting registration fees.
  3. Attendees who are not staying at the Moon Palace Resort will still be required to purchase an event wristband for $222 per person. The wristband will be valid from September 30 – October 4 and will include access to function space, coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner at the hotel. Wristbands can be purchased on-site, in the meeting registration area.

Short courses will be offered at the AiMES 2018 Meeting on Sunday, September 30, 2018, from 0900h to 1630h with breakfast beginning at 0800h.

Travel companions—nontechnical registrants

Travel companions of attendees are invited to register for the meeting as a Nontechnical Registrant. The nontechnical registrant Early-Bird fee includes admission to non-ticketed social events, access to a designated lounge for all nontechnical registrants and a welcome gift packet which will include food and drink vouchers for the venue and local area information.


Travel grants

Deadline for division-sponsored Student and Young Professional/Early Career Travel Grants is June 18, 2018. All applicants for division-sponsored travel grants will be notified of their status prior to the early bird registration deadline. For additional travel grants being offered at the meeting, individuals may inquire directly to symposium organizers to see if funding is available. Contact information for each symposium is located within the various sections in the Call for Papers.
