Travel companions—nontechnical registrants
Travel companions of attendees are invited to register for the meeting as a Nontechnical Registrant. The nontechnical registrant fee includes admission to non-ticketed social events, access to a designated lounge for all nontechnical registrants and a welcome gift packet.
Travel grants
Deadline for division-sponsored Student and Young Professional/Early Career Travel Grants is July 8, 2019. All applicants for division-sponsored travel grants will be notified of their status prior to the early registration deadline. For additional travel grants being offered at the meeting, individuals may inquire directly to symposium organizers to see if funding is available. Contact information for each symposium is located within the various sections in the Call for Papers.
