Meeting Registration
All participants, including authors and invited speakers of the PRiME 2012 Meeting, are required to pay the appropriate registration fees.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR POSTER PRESENTERS: The available area for poster presentations is 3 feet 10 inches high by 3 feet 10 inches wide (1.17 meters high by 1.17 meters wide).
SPECIAL NOTE FOR ORAL PRESENTERS: LCD projectors and laptop computers will be provided as standard equipment for oral presentations. You need only bring your presentation on a USB flashdrive.
Travel Companions of Technical Registrants are invited to register for PRiME 2012 as a “Companion Registrant.” The companion registration fee of $50 (Early-Bird) or $55 (after September 7) includes admission to non-ticketed social events, an exclusive lounge with beverage service and light refreshments, Monday through Thursday, 0800-1000h, and a special “Welcome to Honolulu” orientation presented by the Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau on Monday, October 8 at 0900h in the Companion Registrants Lounge (Rainbow 1 & Patio, Hilton Hawaiian Village).
A discussion of the book, Honolulu, by Allan Brennert, St. Martin’s Press, 2009, has been scheduled for 0830h on Thursday, October 11 in the Companion Registrants' Lounge.
