ECS Endowment Giving — Leaving a Lasting Legacy

You can take a leadership role and leave a legacy for your technical field through another special giving option, a gift to the ECS Endowment.

A "planned gift" simply means that you arrange to make a contribution to ECS, either outright or deferred. Because of careful tax planning or the passage of time, planned gifts generally allow you to make a larger contribution than would otherwise be possible.

A planned gift creates a substantial principal base to allow the net income to make a difference in the solid-state and electrochemical science and technology community. The principle, your initial gift, remains in perpetuity.
