This web site is designed to allow you to create a printable schedule, including related abstracts, for upcoming ECS meetings. You also have the option of creating an account to save your schedule online for access at a later time.
Creating Your Schedule
 To create your printable schedule, please follow the steps below:
- Select a meeting from the home page to view the list of symposia.
- From the symposia page, click a symposium name to view the technical program or the social events link to view other meeting events.
- Check the box next to the presentation(s) or event(s) you wish to add to your schedule and click the "Add to My Schedule" button.
- When you are finished adding items to your schedule, click the "ok" button on the right side of the screen under "Create Printable Schedule" to download your schedule.
Saving Your Schedule
 We recommend that you save your schedule so that you can access it at a later date. If you have previously created an account, log in to save your current schedule. Otherwise, you must first create an account.
Changing Your Schedule
 If you saved your schedule when you first created it you can access it and make changes. However, you must first log in and access your schedule before making changes.
Printing Your Schedule
 When you are finished creating your schedule, you can download a printable version in Adobe PDF format from the "My Schedule" page:
- If you would like to include the abstracts associated with your schedule, check "include all abstracts" under the "Create Printable Schedule" icon.
- Click the "ok" button to generate your PDF schedule. This file can be printed and/or saved to your computer to print at a later date. For instructions on printing your schedule through FedEx Kinko's, click here.
Please note: Some abstracts require legal size paper and may not print properly on standard letter size paper. Please check your print settings.
