Sponsoring the ECS spring meeting in Denver is a excellent chance to market your company and show support ECS. Sponsors will be recognized by level on the ECS website; in Interface; in the Meeting Program; in the Exhibit Guide; by placement of the company logo on the registrant bags for Platinum and Gold levels; by placement of the company name on registrant bag for Silver and Bronze levels; and signage at the event for all sponsors.
Sponsorship levels include:
Platinum — $5,000+
Gold — $2,500+
Silver — $1,000+
Bronze — Less than $1,000
In addition, special event sponsorships are available for the Plenary Session: Ralph Overend (National Renewable Energy Lab), the Sunday Evening Get-Together, the Monday Evening Mixer, the Tuesday Evening Poster Session, Coffee Breaks, the “XYZ for the Rest of Us” Lecture, and AV equipment. These opportunities include the recognition stated above along with additional personalized packages. Special event sponsorships will be assigned by ECS on a first-come, first served basis. The deadline for being recognized as a sponsor is February 28, 2006.
